Forty people. Counterparts at Google, Microsoft and Amazon.

The team is small; the work isn't. The accounts are global streamers and enterprise publishers, responsibility arrives early, and merit decides what happens next. Every opening says plainly whether it's remote.

The work

Work at a scale you'd never meet elsewhere.

The inventory runs through MSN, Netflix, Prime Video, Transfermarkt and 100+ enterprise publishers; the partners on the other side of the call are Google, Microsoft and Amazon. What that means by discipline:

Sales & business development

Selling Prime Video, Netflix, Rakuten TV, STARZ ON and OSNtv inventory to brands and agencies, running Microsoft Advertising business, negotiating direct deals, PG and PMP — and representing APH in the industry's rooms, Cannes to DMEXCO.

Ad operations

Monetization for enterprise publishers, end to end: Google Ad Manager at 360 scale, header bidding, price-floor experiments on bid-level Data Transfer logs, identity work (PPID), campaign trafficking and troubleshooting, and the supply hygiene Google audits — ads.txt, sellers.json, policy. This is the craft the whole company is built on.

Software development

Building the Archon stack, not maintaining someone else's: Cortex (price floors retuned twice a week on raw bid data), Unity (in beta since July 2026), Genesis, Flash SSP. Data pipelines over billions of daily events, Ad Manager API integrations, Prebid work, real-time reporting.

At most companies, work at this scale is split across departments you'd never meet. Here it's the person two seats over — or it's you.

How we work

The honest part, told plainly.

Remote where the work allows. Office where it doesn't.

Ad operations, software development and business development usually work fully off-site. Sales works from the office full-time — that work happens in rooms, and we won't pretend otherwise. Every opening states its arrangement plainly.

Merit decides.

Reviews are about the work — what you ran, what it measured. A yearly performance bonus is tied to exactly that.

The industry's rooms, not just its newsletters.

The team attends the global events — Cannes Lions, DMEXCO, Prebid conferences, Google partner summits.

We invest in people we've hired.

Online certifications are funded as standard; in some cases, master's degrees.

Who we hire

Seven disciplines, one bar.

Experienced hires and juniors both — what we look for at every level is the same: people who focus on the job, take responsibility, and are good at what they do.

Interns — always open

Real work, scaled to where you are.

Internships are the exception to hiring-on-need: applications are open year-round. Interns here run real work — campaigns, code, reporting — with the same tools and the same expectations, scaled to where you are.
