This website sets nothing that measures you until you allow it.
On a first visit the site stores a handful of small functional values — which animations you have already seen, and later, the answer you give our consent banner. Nothing else loads by itself. Analytics and advertising tags exist on this site, but they are wrapped in a consent layer: wherever the law requires prior consent — Türkiye, the EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and a dozen other jurisdictions listed below — your browser downloads none of them until you say yes. Decline, and they never load — not blocked after loading, never requested at all. You can verify this in your browser's network inspector, and we encourage you to. Wherever your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it — worldwide.
This is a statement about archonph.com only. It is not a statement about the data Archon processes as an advertising technology provider on its clients' websites and apps — that is a separate matter, governed by our Privacy Policy, and it does involve cookies and similar identifiers. Do not read this page as covering that.
The consent banner
The first time you visit, the site asks its own server one question: which country the request came from. That lookup is first-party — it is answered at our edge from the connection itself, no third party is involved, and nothing about it is stored beyond the answer.
- Visiting from Türkiye: you see a consent banner in Turkish under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK), with the disclosure (aydınlatma) and the consent question (açık rıza) presented as separate blocks. Nothing measurable loads before you answer.
- Visiting from the EEA, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, the United Kingdom or Switzerland: you see the same banner under the GDPR / UK GDPR. Nothing measurable loads before you answer.
- Visiting from another country whose law requires prior consent — Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Egypt, Indonesia, Israel, Nigeria, Qatar, Saudi Arabia or South Korea: the same banner, under your local data-protection law. Nothing measurable loads before you answer.
- Visiting from anywhere else: the measurement described below runs by default, as the law of those places permits, and a one-time notice names the services involved. A Cookie preferences link (for visitors from the United States: Your Privacy Choices) sits in the footer of every page; open it to turn any of it off, and your choice is kept.
The banner offers three answers: Accept all, Reject all, and Choose, which lets you allow analytics and advertising measurement separately. Rejecting is exactly as easy as accepting. Whatever you answer is remembered for twelve months, after which the site asks again.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends the GPC opt-out signal, we honor it everywhere, automatically: the advertising-measurement tags do not load — even if you previously accepted them — and the footer of every page confirms "Opt-out preference signal honored." You do not need to do anything else. Our support for the signal is declared at /.well-known/gpc.json.
What this site stores on your device
Local storage is a browser feature distinct from cookies. It is never transmitted to a server by itself, it is not readable by any other website, and you can clear it at any time from your browser's site-data settings.

All three are functional. They hold no identifier and no behavioural record. Clearing them costs you nothing except that the animations play again and the banner asks its question once more.
What loads with your consent
If — and only if — the relevant category is allowed, the site loads these services, each of which sets its own cookies:
- Google Analytics 4 *(analytics)*. Measures which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. Sets first-party cookies beginning
_ga. Data is processed by Google. - Google Ads conversion tracking *(advertising)*. Records that a visit or an enquiry followed one of our own ads, so we know which of our advertising works. May set a

_uetcookies and communicates with bing.com. - LinkedIn Insight Tag *(advertising)*. The same, for LinkedIn. Communicates with linkedin.com and licdn.com.
That is the complete list. These measure the performance of our own marketing of our own company. No advertising is served on this website, no inventory is sold here, and nothing collected here feeds the programmatic systems described in our Privacy Policy's Part B.
If you decline, or simply never answer, none of the four is requested.
What still never loads
The typefaces on this site are served from archonph.com itself, not from Google's font service — so the request that would hand a font provider every visitor's IP address never happens. There is no embedded video player, no social widget, no chat tool and no tag manager. Before consent, your browser talks to us and to nobody else; after consent, it talks to us and to exactly the services you allowed.
Changing your mind
Open Cookie preferences in the footer of any page. The banner returns with your current answer, and you can tighten or loosen it. Withdrawing consent stops the tags from loading on every page view after it; cookies already set can be removed through your browser's site-data settings, and the providers above expire them on their own schedules.
Links out
Pages in our Resources section link to third-party publications. Following a link takes you to a site with its own cookie practices, which we do not control and are not responsible for. The link itself sets nothing.
Managing storage in your browser
You can clear or block site data from your browser's settings. Blocking cookies for this domain prevents the measurement cookies above from being set; the site itself works fully without them. Clearing local storage will make the opening animations play once more and the consent banner ask again.
